Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing carbon nanomaterials using Ketjen Black, which is one type of carbon blacks containing macro/meso pore structures used in various fields. The method comprises the following steps: (1) immersing Ketjen Blacks in an acid solution; (2) mixing a mixture in which the Ketjen Blacks are immersed in the step (1), and treating the mixture with acid; and (3) washing and drying the mixture treated with acid. According to the present invention, novel nanomaterials having high macro/meso pore volumes can be manufactured through acid treatment of Ketjen Black.
본 발명은 다양한 분야에 사용될 수 있는 대기공/중형기공이 발현된 카본블랙의 한 종류인 케천블랙을 이용한 탄소나노재료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, (1) 산 용액에 케천블랙(Ketjen Blacks)을 담지하는 단계; (2) 상기 (1)단계에서 케천블랙(Ketjen Blacks)이 담지된 혼합물을 교반하여 산처리하는 단계; 및 (3) 상기 산처리된 혼합물을 세척 후 건조하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 케천블랙의 산처리를 통하여 높은 대기공과 중형기공 부피를 가지는 새로운 탄소나노재료를 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
