Summary:A cooking apparatus for heating food to be cooked is disclosed. The cooking apparatus of one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a transmission antenna for irradiating beamformed electromagnetic waves to the food to be cooked; a receiving antenna for receiving reflected waves reflected from the food to be cooked; and a control part for determining the temperature of the food to be cooked, corresponding to received reflected waves, based on properties of irradiated electromagnetic waves, which are reflected differently depending on the temperature of the food to be cooked. 조리물을 가열하는 조리 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예의 조리 장치는 빔포밍(beamforming)된 전자기파를 상기 조리물에 조사하는 송신 안테나, 조리물로부터 반사된 반사파를 수신하는 수신 안테나 및 조사된 전자기파가 조리물의 온도에 따라 상이하게 반사되는 특성에 기초하여, 수신된 반사파에 대응하는 조리물의 온도를 판단하는 제어부를 포함한다.
