Summary: | A lead-free piezoelectric ceramics according to the present invention is given the properties of relaxor ferroelectrics with reduced remanent polarization and antiferromagnetism by diffusing lithium (Li) and niobium (Nb) into a BNKT-ST lattice through a solid-state reaction in a perovskite-type lead-free piezoelectric ceramics. Thus, the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics exhibit a high strain, a high reverse piezoelectric constant (d_33^*) and a low temperature dependency even under a low electric field. In addition, a stack-type multi-layer actuator may be fabricated from the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics of the above composition, and the stack-type multi-layer actuator may exhibit excellent physical properties to have a high strain at a low electric field and may be effectively used in various fields.
본 발명에 따른 무연 압전 세라믹스는 페로브스카이트 구조의 무연 압전 세라믹스에서 고상 반응법(solid-state reaction)을 통해 리튬(Li) 및 니오븀(Nb)이 BNKT-ST 격자내로 확산되어 잔류 분극과 항전계가 감소된 완화형 강유전체(relaxor ferroelectrics)의 특성을 나타내어 낮은 전기장 하에서도 변형률(strain)이 높고, 높은 역압전 상수(d)를 나타내며, 온도의존성이 낮다. 또한, 상기 조성의 무연 압전 세라믹스로 적층형 다층 액추에이터(stack-type multi layer actuator)를 제조할 수 있으며, 제조된 적층형 다층 액추에이터는 낮은 전기장에서 높은 변형률을 가지는 우수한 물성을 나타내어 다양한 분야에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. |
