Summary:The present invention provides a battery cell in which an electrode assembly composed of a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator is embedded in a battery case. When the electrode assembly is divided into two parts by applying an external impact to the battery cell, a first planned breaking unit in which a first divided part is partially pushed, and a second planned breaking unit in which a second divided part is partially pushed are individually formed in the battery case so as to enable divided parts of the divided electrode assembly to be pushed to the outside by breaking the battery case. 본 발명은 양극, 음극, 및 분리막으로 구성된 전극조립체가 파우치형 전지케이스에 내장되어 있는 전지셀로서, 외부 충격이 전지셀에 인가되어 전극조립체가 양분될 때, 양분된 전극조립체의 분리체들이 전지케이스를 파열시키면서 외부로 밀려나올 수 있도록, 제 1 분리체가 부분적으로 밀려나오는 제 1 파열 예정부와 제 2 분리체가 부분적으로 밀려나오는 제 2 파열 예정부가 전지케이스에 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀을 제공한다.
