Summary:The present invention relates to a composition for inducing biosynthesis of collagen or improving wrinkles containing Angelica dahurica roots. The composition comprising processed Angelica dahurica roots, which are processed by heating Angelica dahurica roots using water or a C1 to C4 lower alcohol solution as a solvent and drying the same, or oxypeucedanin hydrate as an active ingredient, can induce biosynthesis of collagen. Also, the composition comprising processed Angelica dahurica roots or oxypeucedanin hydrate as an active ingredient can be used as cosmetics, and pharmaceutical and food compositions for improving skin wrinkles or healing a wound. 본 발명은 포제 백지를 함유하는 콜라겐 생합성 유도용 또는 주름개선을 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 백지를 물 또는 C내지 C저급알콜 용액을 용매로 하여 가열한 다음 건조함으로써 포제된 포제 백지 또는 옥시퓨세다닌 하이드레이트(oxypeucedanin hydrate)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은 콜라겐 생합성을 유도할 수 있다. 또한, 포제 백지 또는 옥시퓨세다닌 하이드레이트를 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은 피부 주름 개선 또는 창상 치유를 위한 화장료, 약학적 및 식품 조성물로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
