Also, the composition comprising processed Angelica dahurica roots or oxypeucedanin hydrate as an active ingredient can be used as cosmetics, and pharmaceutical and food compositions for improving skin wrinkles or healing a wound. 본 발명은 포제 백지를 함유하는 콜라겐 생합성 유도용 또는 주름개선을 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 백지를 물 또는 C내지 C저급알콜 용액을 용매로 하여 가열한 다음 건조함으로써 포제된 포제 백지 또는 옥시퓨세다닌 하이드레이트(oxypeucedanin hydrate)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은 콜라겐 생합성을 유도할 수 있다. 또한, 포제 백지 또는 옥시퓨세다닌 하이드레이트를 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은 피부 주름 개선 또는 창상 치유를 위한 화장료, 약학적 및 식품 조성물로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
