The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flexible mold, and a method of producing spherical ice, whereby a mold for producing nanoscale spherical ice can be conveniently manufactured using silicone as the main material, and the flexible molds thus prepared can be used to rapidly and conveniently produce nanoscale spherical ice. The method of producing spherical ice of the present invention comprises: a step for preparing a liquid material for forming a mold which offers flexibility when cured; a step for inserting a core material inside the liquid material for forming a mold; a step for curing the liquid material for forming a mold to form a solid base material; a step for cutting a part of the base material to isolate and discharge the core material therefrom and thereby form a core cavity; a filling step for filling water into the core cavity through the part of the base material cut in the previous step; a cooling step for cooling the flexible mold having the core cavity filled with water by keeping the same at a temperature below zero for a fixed time; and an ejection step for ejecting a spherical ice from the core cavity through the cut part of the flexible mold in an environment in which the temperature is maintained below zero. 본 발명은 미소 크기의 구형 얼음을 제조하기 위한 주형을 실리콘을 주재료로 하여 간단하고 쉽게 제조할 수 있고, 또한, 이렇게 제조된 가요성의 주형을 이용하여 미소 크기의 구형 얼음을 쉽고 빠르게 제조할 수 있도록 하는 가요성 주형의 제조 방법 및 구형 얼음의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 구형 얼음의 제조방법은, 경화 시 가요성을 갖는 액상의 주형 제조용 소재를 준비하는 단계; 상기 액상의 주형 제조용 소재의 내부에 코어재를 삽입하는 단계; 상기 액상의 주형 제조용 소재를 경화시켜 고상의 모재를 만드는 단계; 및 상기 모재의 일부를 절개하여 상기 코어재를 분리배출하여 코어실을 형성하는 단계;를 통해 제조된 가요성 주형의 절개된 부분을 통해 상기 코어실에 물을 충진하는 충진단계; 상기 코어실에 물이 충진된 가요성 주형을 영하의 온도 미만으로 소정시간 유지하여 냉각하는 냉각단계; 및 영하의 온도가 유지되는 환경에서 상기 가요성 주형의 절개된 부분을 통해 상기 코어실의 구형 얼음을 배출하는 배출단계;를 포함하여 이뤄진다.
