Disclosed are a drawer-type unit inserting and taking-out device and a taking-out type motor control center wherein the drawer-type unit inserting and taking-out device is mounted. The drawer-type unit inserting and taking-out device of the present invention is to insert and take out a drawer-type unit of the motor control center. The drawer-type unit inserting and taking-out device includes a drive shaft and a female screw unit. The drive shaft includes: a connection unit installed in the drawer-type unit to be able to rotate around a direction where the drawer-type unit is taken out; a manipulation unit extended in a direction where the drawer-type unit is taken out from the connection unit and exposed to the outside; and a male screw unit extended in a direction where the drawer-type unit is inserted from the connection unit. The female screw unit is formed in the motor control center. The male screw unit is screw-joined to or separated from the female screw unit. When torque is applied to the manipulation unit, the drawer-type unit is inserted or taken out by the relative rotations of the male and female screw units. According to the present invention, provided are the drawer-type unit inserting and taking-out device capable of preventing friction and damage to the drawer-type unit and noise generated when inserting and taking out the drawer-type unit by applying only forces in accurate directions where the drawer-type unit is inserted and taken out and forming physical and electrical connections between plugs and the taking-out type motor control center wherein the drawer-type unit inserting and taking-out device is mounted. 서랍형유닛 인입인출장치 및 이를 장착한 인출형 모터컨트롤센터가 개시된다. 본 발명의 서랍형유닛 인입인출장치는, 모터컨트롤센터의 서랍형유닛을 인입시키거나 인출시키는 인입인출장치로서, 서랍형유닛이 인출되는 방향을 축으로 하여 서랍형유닛에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 연결부와, 연결부로부터 서랍형유닛이 인출되는 방향으로 연장되어 외부로 노출되는 조작부와, 연결부로부터 서랍형유닛이 인입되는 방향으로 연장되는 수나사부를 포함하는 드라이브샤프트; 및 모터컨트롤센터에 형성되고, 수나사부가 나사결합되거나 분리되는 암나사부를 포함하며, 조작부에 회전력을 인가하면, 수나사부와 암나사부 간 상대회전에 의해 서랍형유닛이 인입되거나 인출되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 서랍형유닛의 인입 및 인출시 정확하게 인입 및 인출되는 방향의 힘만을 서랍형유닛에 인가하여 서랍형유닛의 마찰, 파손, 인입 및 인출과정의 소음을 방지하고, 이에 따른 플러그 간 정확한 물리적 및 전기적 접속을 형성하도록 이루어지는 서랍형유닛 인입인출장치 및 이를 장착한 인출형 모터컨트롤센터를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
