Summary:The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an electrode for a thermoelectric element using magnetic induction and an electrode for a thermoelectric element manufactured thereby. The method includes steps of: preparing a semiconductor for a thermoelectric element, a conductor for a thermoelectric element, and a solder; and melting the solder through magnetic induction heating to bond the semiconductor for the thermoelectric element to the conductor for the thermoelectric element. As a result, only the conductor for the thermoelectric element and the solder are locally heated in a short time through the magnetic induction without heating the semiconductor for the thermoelectric element. Therefore, the conductor and the semiconductor are bonded through the solder melted by the magnetic induction heating. 본 발명은, 자기유도를 이용한 열전소자용 전극 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 열전소자용 전극에 있어서, 열전소자용 반도체, 열전소자용 도전체 및 솔더를 준비하는 단계와; 자기유도가열을 통해 상기 솔더를 용융시켜 상기 열전소자용 반도체 및 상기 열전소자용 도전체를 접합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해 열전소자용 반도체를 가열시키지 않고 자기유도를 통해 단 시간 내에 열전소자용 도전체 및 솔더만 국부적으로 가열시켜, 도전체와 반도체가 자기유도가열에 의해 용융된 솔더를 통해 접합되는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
