The present invention relates to a rice cooker for microwave, which conveniently cooks rice without overflow of rice water and steam and provides easy cleaning and management. The rice cooker of the present invention comprises: a pot of which an upper portion is opened; a cover including a coupling hole defined in an upper portion of the cover so as to open and close the opened upper portion of the pot, a circulating hole defined so as to induce circulation in which rice water and steam generated inside the pot is discharged upward and then introduced inward, and a circulating space defined so as to circulate the rice water and steam discharged through the circulating hole and introduce the rice water and steam inside the pot; and a guide member including a connecting rod to be elastically coupled to the coupling hole of the cover and a guide plate defined so as to guide the circulation by inducing the rice water and steam rising to an upper portion of the circulating space in a downward direction. 본 발명은 밥물 및 증기가 넘치지 않게 간편히 밥을 지으며 세척 및 관리가 용이한 전자레인지용 밥솥에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 상부가 개방된 솥; 상기 솥의 개방된 상부를 개폐시키도록 결합되어 상부에 형성된 결합공, 상기 솥의 내부에서 발생되는 밥물·증기를 상부로 배출시킨 후 내부로 유입되는 순환을 유도하도록 형성된 순환공, 상기 순환공으로 배출된 밥물·증기를 순환시켜서 솥의 내부로 유입되도록 형성된 순환공간을 포함하는 뚜껑; 상기 뚜껑의 결합공에 탄력적으로 결합되도록 형성된 결합로드, 상기 순환공간의 상부로 상승된 밥물·증기를 하향으로 유도하여 순환을 안내하도록 형성된 가이드플레이트를 포함한다.
