Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing distilled alcoholic beverage by using pot-continuous complex still type. The method comprises: an initial stream fraction step of fractionating cooled collected liquid from a start of distillation until a time when content of the cooled collected liquid is 0.5 to 2.0 vol% with respect to volume of total fermented alcoholic beverage; a main stream fraction step of fractionating the cooled collected liquid from right after the initial stream fraction until a time when alcohol concentration of the cooled collected liquid is 45 to 60%; and a final stream fraction step of fractionizing the cooled collected liquid from after the main stream fraction step until a time when the alcohol concentration is 5%. The present invention can produce the distilled alcoholic beverage having excellent taste and flavor while reducing amount of distilled alcoholic beverage wasted as the first stream or the final stream. In addition, the present invention can further reduce toxic substance content of the distilled alcoholic beverage within a standard value. 본 발명은 증류시작 후부터 냉각회수액의 함량이 전체 발효주의 부피 대비 0.5 부피% 내지 2.0 부피%가 되는 시점까지의 냉각회수액을 분획하는 초류 분획 단계; 상기 초류 분획 단계 직후부터 냉각회수액의 알코올 농도가 45% 내지 60%가 되는 시점까지의 냉각회수액을 분획하는 본류 분획 단계; 및 상기 본류 분획 단계 이후부터 알코올 농도가 5%가 되는 시점까지의 냉각회수액을 분획하는 후류 분획 단계를 포함하는 단식-연속식 복합 증류방식을 이용한 증류주의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 초류 또는 후류로 폐기되는 증류주의 양을 감소하면서도 동시에 맛과 향미가 우수한 증류주를 제조하고, 증류주의 유래물질의 함량을 기준치 이내에서 더욱 저감할 수 있다.
