Summary:The present invention provides a method and a system for constructing a suture material for a tissue or organ defective part. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a tissue defective position of a patient; collecting initial image data in the tissue defective position of the patient, restoring an initial 3-dimensional image in the tissue defective position and a 3-dimensinoal image in a defective part corresponding to the defective position, and generating and storing a 3-diemnsinoal model of the defective part to be sutured; performing simulation matching according to the defective part to be sutured and a model after tissue defection; and obtaining a 3-dimensional model in the defective part to be sutured, outputting a 3-dimensinoal model in the defective part to be sutured, and generating an actual model of a suture material. According to the present invention, according to the structural features of defective tissue, a defective part to be sutured is planned, designed, and formed to be matched with a conventional bio-structure. The defective part to be sutured is outputted through a 3D printer, and is used in filling and repairing a defective part. Thus, an overall tissue structure can be perfectly reproduced, and a perfect state before defection can be ensured. Also, an optional complicated defected part having a large volume or a large area can be individually repaired. 본 발명은 조직 또는 기관 결손 부위용 봉합물의 구축 방법 및 시스템을 공개한다. 상기 방법에는, 환자의 조직 결손 위치를 획득하는 단계; 환자의 조직 결손 위치의 초기 영상 데이터를 수집하고, 조직 결손 위치의 초기 3차원 이미지 및 결손 위치에 대응하는 결손 부분의 3차원 이미지를 복원하고, 봉합될 결손 부분의 3차원 모형을 생성 및 저장하는 단계; 봉합될 결손 부분의 3차원 모형과 조직 결손 후의 모형에 따라 시뮬레이션 매칭을 진행하는 단계; 및 봉합될 결손 부위의 3차원 모형을 획득하고, 봉합될 결손 부위의 3차원 모형을 출력하여, 봉합물의 실물 모형을 생성하는 단계; 가 포함된다. 본 발명은, 결손 조직의 구조적 특징에 따라 봉합될 결손 부분을 계획 및 디자인하여 생성하여, 이를 기존의 생체구조와 매칭하도록 하고, 3D 프린터로 봉합될 결손 부분을 출력하여 결손 부분의 충전 및 보수에 사용하므로, 전체적인 조직 구조를 완벽하게 재현할 수 있고, 결손 전의 완벽한 상태를 마련할 수 있으며, 큰 부피 또는 큰 면적의 임의의 복잡한 결손 부분을 개별적으로 보수할 수 있다.
