Summary: | According to the present invention, the diagnosis apparatus for DPF regeneration time comprises: a transmission unit which is mounted on the front end side of a filter inside a housing of an exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus and which transmits a high-frequency signal; a reception unit which is mounted on the rear end side of the filer inside the housing of the exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus and which receives a high-frequency signal transmitted by the transmission unit; and a signal processing unit which detects a resonant frequency of the high-frequency signal transmitted by the transmission unit and a resonant frequency of the high-frequency signal received by the reception unit, which measures the difference in the frequency between the two resonant frequencies, and which, when the difference in the frequency between the two resonant frequencies exceeds a standard value, outputs a regeneration signal for the exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus. According to the present invention, the diagnostic apparatus for DPF regeneration time is able to transmit a high-frequency signal towards a filter of an exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus, to measure the range of fluctuation of the high-frequency signal, to more precisely determine the volume of collected PM in the filter, to more precisely diagnose the regeneration time of the exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus, and to maintain the transmission/reception sensitivity of a high-frequency signal in a high-temperature, high-pressure housing.
본 발명에 의한 DPF 진단장치는, 배기가스 후처리장치의 하우징 내측 중 필터 선단측에 장착되어 고주파신호를 송신하는 송신부; 배기가스 후처리장치의 하우징 내측 중 필터 후단측에 장착되어 상기 송신부에서 송신된 고주파신호를 수신하는 수신부; 및 상기 송신부에서 송신되는 고주파신호의 공진주파수와, 상기 수신부에서 수신된 고주파신호의 공진주파수를 감지한 후, 두 공진주파수 간의 주파수 차이를 측정하여, 상기 두 공진주파수 간의 주파수 차이가 기준치를 초과하는 경우 배기가스 후처리장치 재생신호를 출력하는 신호처리부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 DPF 재생시점 진단장치는, 배기가스 후처리장치의 필터 측으로 고주파신호를 송신한 후 상기 고주파신호의 공진주파수 변동폭을 측정함으로써 필터 내의 PM 포집량을 보다 정밀하게 판단할 수 있고, 이에 따라 배기가스 후처리장치의 재생시점을 보다 정확하게 진단할 수 있으며, 고온 고압의 하우징 내부에서도 고주파신호의 송수신 감도를 높게 유지시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. |
