A display device includes a substrate including a display region and a non-display region, an input line part and an output line part formed in the non-display region, and a driving integrated circuit electrically connected to the input line part and the output line part and mounted on the substrate. Each of the input line part and the output line part includes a metal layer and a metal carbide layer covering the metal layer. Since no natural oxide film is formed in the input line part and the output line part, high-pressure bonding for destroying the natural oxide film is not required when mounting the driving integrated circuit.
