Summary: | A display device includes a substrate including a display region and a non-display region, an input line part and an output line part formed in the non-display region, and a driving integrated circuit electrically connected to the input line part and the output line part and mounted on the substrate. Each of the input line part and the output line part includes a metal layer and a metal carbide layer covering the metal layer. Since no natural oxide film is formed in the input line part and the output line part, high-pressure bonding for destroying the natural oxide film is not required when mounting the driving integrated circuit. So, the generation of defects due to the high-pressure bonding can be prevented.
표시 장치는 표시 영역과 비표시 영역을 포함하는 기판과, 비표시 영역에 형성된 입력 배선부 및 출력 배선부와, 입력 배선부 및 출력 배선부와 통전되며 기판 위에 실장된 구동 집적회로를 포함한다. 입력 배선부와 출력 배선부 각각은 금속층과, 금속층을 덮는 금속탄화물층을 포함한다. 이러한 입력 배선부와 출력 배선부에는 자연산화막이 생기지 않으므로, 구동 집적회로를 실장할 때 자연산화막을 파괴시키기 위한 고압 본딩이 필요하지 않다. |
