The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display apparatus and a vehicle lighting apparatus using the same. The organic light emitting display apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first light emitting part which is between a first electrode and a second electrode and includes a first hole transporting layer, a first light emitting layer, and a first electron transporting layer; a second light emitting part which is on the first light emitting part and includes a second hole transporting layer, a second light emitting layer, and a second electron transporting layer. The second light emitting layer comprises at least two areas including a hole type host and an electron type host, wherein an area adjacent to the second hole transport layer, of the at least two areas, has a larger ratio of the electron type host than the hole type host. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유기발광 표시장치는, 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 있으며, 제1 정공수송층, 제1 발광층 및 제1 전자수송층을 포함하는 제1 발광부와, 상기 제1 발광부 위에 있으며, 제2 정공수송층, 제2 발광층 및 제2 전자수송층을 포함하는 제2 발광부를 포함하며, 상기 제2 발광층은 정공타입 호스트와 전자타입 호스트를 포함하는 적어도 두 개의 영역을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 두 개의 영역은 상기 적어도 두 개의 영역 중 상기 제2 정공수송층에 인접한 영역이 상기 정공타입 호스트의 비율보다 상기 전자타입 호스트의 비율이 큰 것을 특징으로 한다.
