The present invention relates to a sterilization and cleaning kit using citric acid, which comprises: an instantaneous hot water module; a pump; and a filter, and is characterized by sterilizing and cleaning contaminants in a channel unit of a water supply device through circulating a citric acid solution. In addition, the sterilization and cleaning kit using citric acid can sterilize and clean a water purifier or the like by connecting the water purifier to an internal flow path without decomposing the water purifier, and can more smoothly sterilize and clean the water purifier or the like by heating the citric acid solution with the high temperature. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 구연산을 이용한 살균 및 세정 키트는 순간온수모듈, 펌프 및 필터를 포함하며, 구연산 용액을 순환함으로써 물공급장치의 유로부의 오염물을 살균 및 세정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하면, 정수기 등을 분해하지 않고 내부의 유로 등과 연결하여 살균 및 세정할 수 있고, 구연산 용액을 고온으로 가열하고 보다 원활히 정수기 등을 살균 및 세정할 수 있는 구연산을 이용한 살균 및 세정 키트를 제공할 수 있다.
