Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus to inspect a defect in an internal wall of a cylinder which is inserted into the cylinder; which makes a Z-axis motion and an R-axis rotating motion; which shoots an image of an internal wall; which processes, synthesizes, and displays the image; and which allows a user to precisely identify a defect on the internal wall of the cylinder. According to the present invention, the apparatus to inspect a defect on an internal wall of a cylinder comprises: an optical system inserted into the cylinder which makes the Z-axis motion and the R-axis motion, generates light, allows the light be reflected in the internal wall of the cylinder, and acquires an image of the internal wall of the cylinder; a control means which receives the image of the internal wall of the cylinder from the optical system, processes the image, and outputs a synthetic image of the internal wall of the cylinder; and a display unit which receives the synthetic image of the internal wall of the cylinder from the control means which displays the synthetic image. 본 발명은 실린더 내에 삽입되어 Z축 운동 및 R축 회전 운동하면서 내벽의 영상을 촬영하고 이 촬영된 영상을 처리하고 합성하여 디스플레이함으로써 유저로 하여금 실린더 내벽의 결함을 정밀하게 파악할 수 있게 하는 실린더 내벽 결함 검사 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 실린더 내벽 결함 검사 장치는, 실린더 내에 삽입되어 Z축 운동 및 R축 운동하면서 빛을 발생시켜 실린더 내벽에 반사시키고 실린더 내벽의 영상을 획득하도록 구성된 광학계; 상기 광학계로부터 실린더 내벽의 영상을 입력받아 처리하여 실린더 내벽의 합성 영상을 출력하도록 구성된 제어수단; 및 상기 제어수단으로부터 실린더 내벽의 합성 영상을 입력받아 디스플레이하도록 구성된 디스플레이부를 포함한다.
