Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for producing oblate polymer particles from spherical polymer particles and, more specifically, to a method for squeezing a polymer film containing spherical polymer particles. The present invention uses two third polymer sheets to uniformly deform the film. In addition, the present invention can produce uniform oblate polymer particles in comparison with conventional techniques for producing oblate polymer particles, and has improved yield.
본 발명은 구형의 고분자 입자로부터 편원형(oblate) 고분자 입자를 제조하는 방법으로서, 구형의 고분자 입자가 들어있는 고분자 필름을 압착(squeezing)하는 방법이다. 필름의 균일한 변형을 위해 두 개의 제 3 고분자 시트를 이용하였다. 본 발명은 이전에 소개된 편원형 고분자 입자를 제조하는 기술들에 비해 균일한 편원형 입자를 제조할 수 있으며, 수득률도 향상되었다. |
