The present invention relates to a lifting device with an automatic/manual mode switching structure capable of automatically opening and closing a lift-sliding type smart window, manually opening and closing the smart window by switching into a manual mode, opening and closing window pieces with a simple operation of a button by having an automatic opening button on a surface of a handle driving unit and to the smart window with the same. To achieve this, the handle driving unit (610) for a lifting device which is an essential technology of the smart window according to the present invention includes: a housing (611) installed in one between a pair of the window pieces (20) installed in a window frame (10) to be opened by sliding; a driving motor (613) installed in the housing (611); a shaft (617) joined to a rotary shaft of the driving motor (613) to be relatively rotated by a medium of a gear train (615); a clutch gear (619) connecting the gear train (614) and the shaft (617) by being engaged between the gear train (615) and the shaft (617), joined to a coaxial line of the shaft (617) to be slid and reciprocated in an axial direction, and supported on one side by an elastic member (618); and a cover (621) joined to the housing (611). 본 발명은 리프트 슬라이딩 방식의 스마트 창호를 자동으로 개폐할 수 있음은 물론, 수동으로 전환하여 개폐시킬 수 있으며, 핸들구동부의 표면에 자동개폐 버튼이 구비되어 간단한 버튼 조작만으로 창짝을 개폐시킬 수 있도록 한 자동/수동 전환구조가 구비된 리프팅 장치 및 이를 포함하는 스마트 창호에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 스마트 창호의 핵심 기술인 리프팅 장치용 핸들구동부(610)는, 창틀프레임(10)에 슬라이딩 개폐 가능하게 설치되는 적어도 한 쌍의 창짝(20) 중 어느 하나의 창짝(21)에 설치되는 하우징(611); 상기 하우징(611) 내에 설치되는 구동모터(613); 상기 구동모터(613)의 회전축에 기어열(615)을 매개로 연동회전 가능하게 결합되는 샤프트(617); 상기 기어열(615)과 샤프트(617) 사이에 치합되어 서로 연결해주되, 선택적으로 동력을 연결해줄 수 있도록 상기 샤프트(617)의 동일 축 선상에 축 방향을 따라 슬라이딩 왕복이동 가능하게 결합됨과 아울러 탄성부재(618)에 의해 일측으로 탄성 지지되는 클러치기어(619); 및 상기 하우징(611)에 결합되는 커버(621);를 포함 한다.
