Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a microbial agent for the annihilation of organic sludge and a microbial agent for the annihilation of organic sludge manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a microbial agent for the annihilation of organic sludge comprises: the step (step 1) of obtaining a fermented material by mixing tofu residues with mud to form a mixture, covering this mixture with first rice straws, and fermenting the mixture; the step (step 2) of preparing a first aged material by mixing water with red clay to form a mixture and aging this mixture; the step (step 3) of preparing a second aged material by mixing the first aged material with the fermented material, pine needles, goosefoots, ginseng leaves, and sweet wormwoods to form a mixture and aging this mixture; the step (step 4) of preparing a third aged material by mixing the second aged material with lacquer tree sprouts, bean sprouts, and plantains to form a mixture and aging this mixture; the step (step 5) of preparing a fourth aged material by mixing the second aged material with elm tree sawdust, bush clover sawdust, and fine tree sawdust to form a mixture and aging this mixture; the step (step 6) of preparing a fifth aged material by mixing the second aged material with peanuts, potato, walnuts, and sunflower seeds to form a mixture and aging this mixture; the step (step 7) of preparing a sixth aged material by mixing the third aged material, the fourth aged material, the fifth aged material and second rice straws together to form a mixture and aging this mixture; and the step (step 8) of preparing a microbial agent for the annihilation of organic sludge by allowing the sixth aged material to stand, collecting supernatant, mixing sawdust with the supernatant to form a mixture, and aging this mixture. According to the present invention, provided are advantages in which microbes do not easily extinct even in an inadequate environment due to long-term aging, and the acidification of microbes is delayed due to low-temperature aging, thereby reducing the generation of odor when organic sludge is decomposed. 본 발명은 유기성 슬러지 소멸용 미생물 제제의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 유기성 슬러지 소멸용 미생물 제제에 관한 것으로, 두부비지와 진흙을 혼합하고 제1 볏짚으로 덮어주고 발효시켜 발효물을 수득하는 단계(단계 1); 물에 황토를 혼합한 후 숙성하여 제1 숙성물을 제조하는 단계(단계 2); 상기 제1 숙성물에 상기 발효물, 솔잎, 명아주, 인삼잎 및 개똥쑥을 혼합하고 숙성하여 제2 숙성물을 제조하는 단계(단계 3); 상기 제2 숙성물에 옻순, 숙주 및 질경이를 혼합한 후 숙성하여 제3 숙성물을 제조하는 단계(단계 4); 상기 제2 숙성물에 느릅나무톱밥, 싸리나무톱밥 및 소나무톱밥을 혼합한 후 숙성하여 제4 숙성물을 제조하는 단계(단계 5); 상기 제2 숙성물에 땅콩, 감자, 호두 및 해바라기씨를 혼합한 후 숙성하여 제5 숙성물을 제조하는 단계(단계 6); 상기 제3 숙성물, 제4 숙성물, 제5 숙성물 및 제2 볏짚을 혼합한 후 숙성하여 제6 숙성물을 제조하는 단계(단계 7); 및 상기 제6 숙성물을 정치한 후 상등수를 취하고, 톱밥에 상기 상등수를 혼합하고 숙성하여 유기성 슬러지 소멸용 미생물 제제를 제조하는 단계(단계 8);를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 장기숙성하므로 인해 열악한 환경에서도 미생물이 쉽게 사멸하지 않고, 저온숙성하므로 인해 균의 산패를 지연시켜 유기성 슬러지 분해시 냄새를 저감시킨 장점이 있다.
