Summary:Provided is a better than excellent microspectroscope. The microspectroscope comprises: a light source; a plurality of light projecting optical fibers which receive light from the light source; a spectroscope; a plurality of light receiving optical fibers to guide the received light to the spectroscope; and a confocal optical system to cause each of a plurality of beams from the light projecting optical fibers to be condensed and irradiated onto a sample, forming images of a plurality of beams from a plurality of condensing points on the sample respectively on the light receiving optical fibers. 보다 우수한 현미 분광 장치를 제공한다. 현미 분광 장치는, 광원과, 상기 광원으로부터의 광을 받는 복수의 투광 파이버와, 분광기와, 받은 광을 상기 분광기로 유도하기 위한 복수의 수광 파이버와, 상기 복수의 투광 파이버로부터의 복수의 광속을 각각 집광하여 시료에 조사하고, 상기 시료에 있어서의 복수의 집광점으로부터의 복수의 광속을 상기 복수의 수광 파이버에 각각 결상하기 위한 공초점 광학계를 구비한다.
