The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cutting product and a manufacturing plan system of the cutting product. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the method for manufacturing a cutting product which includes a calculation step of calculating each area efficiency according to the combination of a fabric and a cutting knife for cutting the fabric into a plurality of single parts, and a selection step of selecting the combination of the fabric and the cutting knife for producing the corresponding single part based on the calculated area efficiency. Accordingly, the present invention can make an efficient cutting plan for maximizing area efficiency. 본 발명은 재단 제품의 생산방법 및 재단 제품의 생산 계획 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 원단 및 상기 원단을 복수 개의 단품으로 재단하기 위한 재단 나이프의 조합에 따른 각각의 면적 효율을 산출하는 산출 단계 및 산출된 면적 효율에 기초하여 해당 단품을 생산하기 위한 원단 및 재단 나이프의 조합을 선택하는 선택 단계를 포함하는 재단 제품의 생산방법이 제공된다.
