The present invention relates to a parking control and guide system, and more specifically, to a parking control and guide system analyzing video information capturing an entry, a passage, and each parking section of a parking lot to manage parking spaces and perform parking guide for a vehicle, and in particular, to provide the video information corresponding to a search condition among a plurality of pieces of the video information about the inside of the parking lot. According to the present invention, since a parking path up to an available parking destination among the parking spaces through analysis of the video information capturing the entry, the passage, and each parking section of the parking lot, the vehicle can quickly complete parking in the parking space. Moreover, the video information corresponding to a search condition inputted by the user is searched from a parking video database and is provided, so post-search for a parking video of a specific situation is realized. 본 발명은 주차 관제 및 유도 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 주차장의 출입구, 통로 및 각 주차 구역이 촬영된 영상 정보를 분석하여 주차 공간의 관리 및 차량에 대한 주차 안내를 수행하고, 특히 주차장 내의 영상 정보 중 검색 조건에 부합하는 영상 정보를 제공하는 주차 관제 및 유도 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 주차장의 출입구, 통로 및 주차 구역을 촬영한 영상 정보의 분석을 통해 주차 공간 중 주차 가능한 주차 목적지까지의 주차 경로를 제공함으로써 차량이 보다 신속하게 주차 공간에 주차를 완료할 수 있게 하고, 주차 영상 데이터베이스로부터 사용자가 입력한 검색 조건에 부합하는 영상 정보를 검색하여 제공함으로써 특정 상황의 주차 영상에 대한 사후 검색이 가능한 장점이 있다.
