The present invention relates to a method for processing a radiographic image and a radiography system and, more specifically, relates to the method for processing a radiographic image and a radiography system capable of correcting a blurring phenomenon caused by scattering of light generated in a scintillator panel of an indirect radiation detector. The method for processing a radiographic image according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of acquiring a radiographic image by using an indirect radiation detector including a scintillator panel and a pixel array panel; a step of determining a value of a parameter defining a point spread function (PSF) in accordance with the scintillator panel or pixel array panel; and a step of correcting the radiographic image by deconvolution by using the point spread function (PSF) to which the value of the parameter is applied. 본 발명은 방사선 영상의 처리방법 및 방사선 촬영시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 간접방식 방사선 디텍터의 섬광체 패널에서 발생하는 빛의 산란에 의한 번짐 현상을 보정할 수 있는 방사선 영상의 처리방법 및 방사선 촬영시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 방사선 영상의 처리방법은 섬광체 패널 및 픽셀 어레이 패널을 포함하는 간접방식 방사선 디텍터를 이용하여 방사선 영상을 획득하는 단계; 상기 섬광체 패널 또는 픽셀 어레이 패널에 따라 점상분포함수(PSF)를 정의하는 파라미터의 값을 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 파라미터의 값이 적용된 점상분포함수(PSF)를 이용해 상기 방사선 영상을 디콘볼루션하여 보정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
