The present invention relates to a marker for distinguishing wilfordi root, Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix, and Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for distinguishing wilfordi root, Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix, and Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight, including information on varieties, a mixing ratio, and crossbreed of wilfordi root, Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix, and Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight, by using a specific primer set derived from TrnL, TrnF, matK gene fragments present in chloroplast. 본 발명은 단일염기다형성(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)을 이용한 하수오, 백수오 및 이엽우피소의 판별을 마커에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 엽록체에 존재하는 TrnL, TrnF, matK 유전자 단편 유래의 특정 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 하수오, 백수오 및 이엽우피소의 품종, 혼합비율 및 교잡종 여부 등에 대한 정보를 포함하는 하수오, 백수오 및 이엽우피소 판별 방법에 관한 것이다.
