Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for rotational molding of a relatively large resin product, such as a water tank or a floating body. According to the present invention, particles having an anti-bacterial function or water quality-improving function are applied to the inner or outer surface of the product so that the product can realize an excellent anti-bacterial or water quality-improving function. The method comprises the steps of: an introduction step in which a powdery resin material is introduced into a mold; a molding step in which the mold is rotated and heated so that the powdery resin material is molten along the shape of the inner wall of the mold and the adjacent powdery resin materials are fused or sintered; a cooling step in which the mold is rotated and cooled; and a demolding step in which the mold is opened to demold the cooled product. The method further comprises, between the molding step and the cooling step, a step of spraying functional particles to the inner or outer surface of the product before the surface of the product is cured so that the functional particles can be deposited on the surface of the produce molded from the powdery resin material.
본 발명은 예를 들면 물탱크나 부구와 같은 비교적 대형의 수지 제품을 회전성형함에 있어서, 제품의 내면 또는 외면에 항균 또는 수질개선 기능을 갖는 입자를 도포하여 우수한 항균 또는 수질개선기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 금형 내부에 분말 수지 원료를 투입하는 투입단계, 금형을 회전 및 가열하여 분말 수지 원료가 금형 내벽의 형상에 따라 용융되면서 인접한 분말 수지 원료끼리 융착 또는 소결이 이루어지는 성형단계; 금형을 회전시키면서 냉각시키는 냉각단계; 및 금형을 개방하여 냉각된 제품을 탈형하는 탈형단계로 이루어지는 회전성형방법에 있어서, 상기 성형단계와 냉각단계 사이에 제품의 표면이 경화되기 전에 기능성 입자를 제품의 내면 또는 표면에 분사하여 분말 수지 원료로 성형된 제품의 표면에 침착(沈着)되도록 하는 단계가 추가된다. |
