An embodiment relates to a light emitting device package. The light emitting device package comprises a substrate; a first lead frame and a second lead frame disposed on the substrate; a plating layer disposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the first lead frame and the second lead frame; a light emitting element electrically connected to the first lead frame and the second lead frame; and a molding part surrounding the light emitting element. The plating layer comprises a first plating layer including nickel (Ni); and a second plating layer connected to the first plating layer, disposed at the outermost part of the plating layer and including gold (Au).
