The present invention relates to a device for coupling and decoupling a handle of a surgical light, in a handle which is fitted to or separated from a surgical light shaft by a female and male manner, which comprises: a lock pin which protrudes in a lateral direction of the surgical light shaft, and is inserted to a lock hole formed in the handle to prevent the handle from sliding; a pin spring which is supported by the surgical light shaft and provides elasticity such that the lock pin protrudes outside the surgical light shaft; a separation button which is provided outside the handle, separates the lock pin from the lock hole of the handle while being pressed when an external force is applied to separate the handle from the surgical light shaft; and a button supporter which supports the separation button to the handle to be movable to a predetermined extent. Accordingly, cross-infection which may occur while moving the surgical light during surgery is prevented to improve safety and reliability of the surgical light. 본 발명은 의료용 조명장치인 무영등 손잡이의 탈부착 장치에 관한 것으로서, 무영등 샤프트에 암수 방식으로 끼워지거나 분리되는 손잡이에 있어서, 상기 무영등 샤프트의 측방향으로 돌출되어, 상기 손잡이에 형성된 록 홀에 삽입되어 손잡이가 빠지지 않도록 하는 록 핀과; 상기 무영등 샤프트에 지지되어 상기 록 핀이 무영등 샤프트 바깥쪽으로 돌출되도록 탄성력을 제공하는 핀 스프링과; 상기 손잡이의 외측에 구비되어, 손잡이를 무영등 샤프트에서 분리하기 위해 외력을 가할 경우에 눌러지면서 상기 록 핀을 상기 손잡이의 록 홀에서 이탈시키는 분리 버튼과; 상기 분리 버튼을 상기 손잡이에 일정 정도 움직임 가능하도록 지지하는 버튼 지지체를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 수술 중 무영등을 이동시키면서 발생할 수 있는 교차감염을 방지하여 무영등의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다.
