Summary: | A frequency control system for compensating an output by using an energy storage system (ESS) according to the present invention includes: a master frequency control module configured to control a sub-frequency control module according to a control command transmitted from an energy management system (EMS) of an electric power system; and a plurality of sub-frequency control modules configured to instruct an amount of output allocated according to a frequency control command of the master frequency control module to a power conditioning system (PCS). Also, when the frequency is controlled by using the ESS for the frequency control, the frequency can be controlled by discharging and charging electricity, and performances in terms of a response time and accuracy can be superior to those of the related waterpower generation and thermal power generation. In addition, since the frequency control system of the present invention is capable of accurately performing a frequency measurement by one frequency measurement device to allow all the frequency control modules to receive the same frequency value through broadcasting, the frequency is transmitted more accurately than a case in which frequency measurement devices are installed individually, and thus an appropriate mode can be performed depending on the situation to accurately control an output from an ESS group, thereby performing a frequency adjustment effectively.
본 발명의 에너지 저장장치를 이용하여 출력을 보상하는 주파수 제어 시스템은 전력시스템의 EMS로부터 전달된 제어명령에 따라 보조 주파수제어모듈을 제어하는 마스터 주파수제어모듈 및 상기 마스터 주파수제어모듈의 주파수제어명령에 따라 배분받은 분량의 출력을 전원제어장치(PCS)에 지령하는 복수의 보조 주파수제어모듈을 포함한다. 한편, 주파수 조정용 ESS를 이용하여 주파수 제어 시, 전기를 방전하거나 충전해 주파수를 일정하게 유지할 수 있고, 기존의 수력발전이나 화력발전보다 응답속도, 정확성 면에서 성능이 월등하다. 또한, 본 발명에서의 주파수 제어 시스템은 하나의 주파수 측정기가 주파수측정을 정확히하여 모든 주파수제어모듈이 같은 주파수 값을 브로드캐스팅 받는 바, 개별적으로 주파수측정기가 설치된 것보다 더 정확하게 주파수를 전달하여 상황에 따라 적절히 모드를 수행할 수 있어, 에너지저장장치 그룹으로부터의 출력을 정확하게 제어하여 더욱 효율적인 주파수 조정을 할 수 있다. |
