The present invention relates to a heating device for a heavy oil storage tank, and more particularly, to a heating device for a heavy oil storage tank installed in a cover of a heavy oil storage tank and heating heavy oil. The heating device of a heavy oil storage tank of the present invention has an advantage of shortening a heating time of heavy oil by shortening a time for transferring heat by heating the heavy oil from the middle of a storage space of the heavy oil storage tank. In addition, since the heating device of the heavy oil storage tank of the present invention is installed in the cover, the heating device of the heavy oil storage tank can be easily installed and separated from the heavy oil storage tank, such that it is easy to determine whether there is a failure. 본 발명은 중유저장탱크의 가열장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 중유저장탱크의 덮개에 설치되어 중유를 가열하는 중유저장탱크의 가열장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 중유저장탱크의 가열장치는 중유저장탱크의 저장공간의 중간에서 부터 중유을 가열함으로써 열이 전달되는 시간을 단축하므로 중유의 가열시간을 단축할수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 중유저장탱크의 가열장치는 덮개에 설치되므로 설비가 용이하며 중유저장탱크 외부로 이탈이 가능하므로 고장유무 판단이 용이하다는 장점이 있다.
