Disclosed is a bumper beam. The disclosed bumper beam includes: a rail member installed in a vehicle body, formed by processing a continuous fiber reinforced composite material into a rail shape, and having coupling units with a flange-shaped joint surface on both longitudinal sides separately; stay members formed in both longitudinal direction of the rail member to be positioned between the vehicle body and the rail member, joined to the coupling units separately, formed by processing a continuous fiber reinforced composite material into a stay shape, and joined to the rail member by joining the joint surfaces of the coupling units and joint surfaces parallel to the joint surfaces of the coupling units; and coupling plates formed between the coupling units and the stay members separately and improving the strength of joint surfaces of the stay members, which are joined to the vehicle body, and the vehicle body.
