Provided are an extraction apparatus, an extraction system, and an extraction method for extracting physiologically active substances in urine. The extraction apparatus comprises a first extraction barrel, a first extraction material, a second extraction barrel, and a second extraction material. The first extraction barrel has a first storage tank and the first extraction material is disposed in the first storage tank. The second extraction barrel has a second storage tank and a second extraction material is disposed in the second storage tank. The second storage tank is disposed in the first storage tank on the first extraction material.
