Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for separating and retrieving sulfur hexafluoride gas. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for separating and retrieving sulfur hexafluoride gas comprises the following steps: retrieving waste sulfur hexafluoride gas; eliminating acid gas existing in the retrieved waste sulfur hexafluoride gas; pressurizing the acid gas-eliminated waste sulfur hexafluoride gas and then cooling the same thereafter; adding water into the pressurized and cooled waste sulfur hexafluoride gas to form hydrate of the sulfur hexafluoride gas, and then eliminating residual gas; and separate the hydrate of sulfur hexafluoride gas and then eliminating moisture, so as to finally retrieve sulfur hexafluoride gas.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 육불화황 가스의 분리 및 회수 방법은 폐 육불화황 가스를 회수하는 단계; 회수된 폐 육불화황 가스에 존재하는 산성 가스를 제거하는 단계; 산성 가스가 제거된 폐 육불화황 가스를 가압, 냉각하는 단계; 가압, 냉각된 폐 육불화황 가스에 물을 첨가하여, 육불화황 가스의 하이드레이트를 형성하고 잔류 가스를 제거하는 단계; 및 육불화황 가스의 하이드레이트를 해리하고, 수분을 제거하여 육불화황 가스를 회수하는 단계를 포함한다. |
