Summary:The present invention relates to a method for effectively injecting a contrast medium to a subject to obtain a higher resolution computed tomography (CT) image in selective catheter-directed coronary CT angiography. The method enables to measure a vessel terminal part with high resolution of an interested object while using iodine in the contrast medium at the very low concentration. 본 발명은 선택적 도관 유도 관상동맥 CT 조영술(Selective catheter-directed coronary computed tomography angiography)에서 높은 해상도의 CT 영상을 획득하기 위해 피험체에 조영제를 효과적으로 주입하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 종래에 비하여 조영제 내 요오드를 매우 낮은 농도로 사용하면서도 관심 대상의 혈관 말단부까지도 높은 해상도로 관찰할 수 있도록 한다.
