An organic light emitting display according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first light emitting part which is disposed between a first electrode and a second electrode and includes a first organic layer, a second light emitting part which is disposed on the first light emitting part and includes a second organic layer, and a first charge generation layer and a second charge generation layer between the first light emitting part and the second light emitting part. A first thickness including the first light emitting part and the first charge generation layer is greater than or equal to a second thickness including the second light emitting part and the second charge generation layer. So, poor color generated in each position of the organic light emitting display can be prevented. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유기발광 표시장치는, 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 있으며, 제1 유기층을 포함하는 제1 발광부와, 상기 제1 발광부 위에 있으며, 제2 유기층을 포함하는 제2 발광부와, 상기 제1 발광부와 상기 제2 발광부 사이에 제1 전하 생성층 및 제2 전하 생성층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 발광부와 상기 제1 전하 생성층을 포함하는 제1 두께는 상기 제2 발광부와 상기 제2 전하 생성층을 포함하는 제2 두께보다 크거나 같은 것을 특징으로 한다.
