The present invention relates to an oriental medicinal paint composition for preventing and ameliorating atopic dermatitis, and to an eco-friendly oriental medicinal paint using the same. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly oriental medicinal paint does not aggravate symptoms of atopic dermatitis, and does not increase in the number of inflammatory cytokine or IgE in blood. Accordingly, the eco-friendly oriental medicinal paint can be useful for alleviating and preventing symptoms of atopic dermatitis. To this end, the oriental medicinal paint composition consists of an eco-friendly resin solution, a first oriental medicinal solution, a second oriental medicinal solution, an eco-friendly acrylic thickener, and distilled water. 본 발명은 아토피 피부염을 예방 및 개선시키는 한방페인트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 친환경 한방페인트에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 친환경 한방페인트는 아토피 피부염에 대한 증상악화 반응이 나타나지 않았으며, 혈중내 IgE나 염증성 사이토카인의 증가도 보이지 않아 아토피 피부염에 대한 증상 완화 및 예방에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
