The present invention relates to a punching apparatus with a braille block capable of forming braille even on a plastic resin, simply forming braille by the operation of a lever. According to the present invention, the punching apparatus with the braille block comprises: a body (100); a link (110) installed to vertically penetrate a protrusion (102) protruding from a front surface of the body (100) forward; a rotation shaft (120) provided on an upper end of the body (100) in a transverse direction, and installed to be able to rotate; a press (130) rotating the rotation shaft (120) by an external force applied by a user; a weight (140) applying a unidirectional rotation force to the rotation shaft (120); an upper mold (150) provided on a lower end of the link (110), vertically moving by interworking with the vertical movement of the link (110); a planar support plate (160) which has a plurality of pin holes passing therethrough on which a product is placed; a lower mold (200) having a shape correspond to that of the upper mold (150); and a braille pin (330) provided on the lower mold (200) pressing a product to form braille. According to the present invention, the punching apparatus with the braille block is able to effectively form braille even on a plastic resin. 본 발명은 레버의 동작에 의해 점자 성형이 간단히 이루어지고 플라스틱 수지에도 점자 형성이 가능한 점자블럭이 구비된 타발장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 점자블럭이 구비된 타발장치는, 바디(100)와; 상기 바디(100)의 전면에 전방으로 돌출 형성되는 돌출부(102)를 상하로 관통하도록 설치되는 링크(110)와; 상기 바디(100)의 상단부에 가로 방향으로 구비되며, 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전축(120)과; 사용자에 의해 가해지는 외력에 의해 상기 회전축(120)을 회전시키는 누름대(130)와; 상기 회전축(120)에 일방향의 회전력을 가하는 무게추(140)와; 상기 링크(110)의 하단에 구비되며, 상기 링크(110)의 상하 이동에 연동하여 상하로 유동하는 상부금형(150)과; 평판으로 이루어지며, 다수의 핀홀(162)이 관통 형성되고, 제품이 놓여지는 지지플레이트(160)와; 상기 상부금형(150)과 대응되는 형태를 가지는 하부금형(200)과; 상기 하부금형(200)에 구비되며, 점자 형성을 위해 제품을 가압하는 점자핀(330) 등으로 이루어진다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 플라스틱 수지 등에도 효과적으로 점자 성형이 가능한 이점이 있다.
