The present invention relates to anti-glare spectacles (1) intended to be worn by a user. The spectacles comprises at least one anti-glare screen (8) which is able to be switched between a first state in which the screen is capable of allowing vision of the user, and a second state in which the screen is capable of blocking the vision of the user.
