The present invention relates to an apparatus to differentiate a users viewing for a vehicle including active spectacles. The apparatus (1, 10) of the present invention comprises an optical signal emitting system (2, 12) configured to selectively emit a first optical signal (4, 14) and a second optical signal (5, 15), and further comprises a first pair of active spectacles (7, 17) worn by a first observer. The first pair of active spectacles (7, 17) includes a first screen (9, 19) allowing viewing of the first observer in a first configuration, and screening viewing of the first observer in a second configuration.
