The present invention relates to a camera module comprising: a lens unit; a lens holder surrounding and supporting the lens unit; a substrate assembly processing light received through the lens unit into an electrical signal; and a shield can having an internal space to receive the substrate assembly. The substrate assembly includes a plurality of substrates with circuits embedded and a flexible connection unit electrically connecting the plurality of substrates, and the connection unit includes a conductive layer where a conductive material is arranged. The shield can has an evasion part in a position corresponding to the connection part. According to the present invention, since a pattern is formed on a conductive layer of a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB), cracks or tearing is prevented even if the FPCB is bent to be under a bending force, and at the same time, defect of a product is reduced. Thereby, reliability of the product is also enhanced. 본 발명은 카메라 모듈에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 렌즈부; 상기 렌즈부를 감싸며 지지하는 렌즈홀더; 상기 렌즈부를 통해 입사된 광을 전기적인 신호로 처리하는 기판 어셈블리; 및 상기 기판 어셈블리가 내부 공간에 배치되는 쉴드캔을 포함하고, 상기 기판 어셈블리는, 회로가 실장된 복수 개의 기판; 상기 복수 개의 기판을 전기적으로 연결하는 플렉시블한 연결부; 및 상기 연결부는 전도성 물질이 배치되는 도전층을 포함하며, 상기 쉴드캔은 상기 연결부와 대응하는 위치에 회피부가 형성될 수 있다. 본 발명은 플렉시블 인쇄회로기판의 도전층에 패턴을 형성하여 플렉시블 인쇄회로기판이 굴곡되어 굴곡의 힘을 받더라도 크랙이나 찢어짐을 방지함과 동시에 제품의 불량을 발생을 줄일 수 있고, 이로 인해 제품의 신뢰성 또한 향상이 가능하다.
