The present invention relates to an insulation board using superhydrophobic aerogel which is light and has excellent insulation property, and a manufacturing method for the same. The insulation board comprises: an aerogel slurry manufactured as organic solvent and water, and the aerogel mixed; a surfactant aqueous solution manufactured as the water and a surfactant are mixed, wherein the surfactant aqueous solution is mixed with the aerogel slurry; and mixture powder mixed with the aerogel slurry and the surfactant aqueous solution, and manufactured as plaster powder or cement powder mixed with starch wherein the aerogel slurry, the surfactant aqueous solution, and the mixture powder are mixed at a fixed ratio. 본 발명은 경량이면서도 단열성이 뛰어난 초소수성 에어로겔을 이용한 단열보드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 유기용매와 물과 에어로젤을 혼합하여 제조된 에어로젤 슬러리; 상기 에어로젤 슬러리에 혼합되며, 물과 계면활성제를 혼합하여 제조된 계면활성제 수용액; 그리고 상기 에어로겔 슬러리와 계면활성제 수용액에 혼합되며, 석고분말이나 시멘트분말을 전분과 혼합하여 제조된 혼합분말; 을 일정비율로 혼합하여 제조된다.
