The present invention relates to a holding rod separation-type waffle producing device comprising: a waffle pan having a top frame and a bottom frame which are hingedly coupled, and disposed to be opened and closed; and a holding rod for supplying electrical power to the top frame or the bottom frame, and having a holding unit formed to hold the waffle pan. According to the holding rod separation-type waffle producing device of the present invention, the holding rod and the waffle pan can be easily separated and coupled, and an electrical power wire can be separated, so the waffle pan can be safely cleaned or washed. Moreover, waffle pans having various sizes or shapes can be disposed, so various products can be produced even through a few kinds of devices. Furthermore, a structure for holding a waffle pan is simple, so breakdown or malfunction does not frequently occur. Also, maintenance can be excellently performed, so the holding rod separation-type waffle producing device of the present invention can be operated in various ways even in a small-sized store. 본 발명은 와플제조기에 관한 것으로, 상부틀과 하부틀이 힌지 결합되어 개폐 가능하게 구비되는 와플팬; 및 상기 상부틀 내지 하부틀에 전원을 공급하고, 상기 와플팬이 거치되도록 거치부가 형성되는 거치대를 포함하는 거치대 분리형 와플제조기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 거치대 분리형 와플제조기에 따르면, 거치대와 와플팬의 분리와 결합이 용이하고, 전원선을 분리할 수 있어 와플팬을 안전하게 청소하거나 세척할 수 있다. 또한 다양한 크기나 형태의 와플팬을 거치할 수 있어 소량의 기기로도 다양한 제품을 생산할 수 있다. 또한 와플팬의 거치를 위한 구조가 단순하여 고장이나 오작동의 우려가 적고 유지보수성이 우수하여 소규모의 업장에서 다양한 방식으로 운용이 가능하다.
