A mobile terminal is disclosed. The mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display part, a control part, and a sensing part including at least one of a touch sensor and a pressure sensor. The control part displays the execution screen of the first application on the display part, controls the predetermined function of the first application according to a change in the value of a first input signal received through the display part in a state where the execution screen of the first application is displayed. The value of the first input signal is based on at least one of the area of a region on the display part corresponding to the first input signal and a pressure applied to the region on the display part.
