The present invention provides a cooking device which includes: a fixing unit which is formed in the upper side or the inside of a kitchen appliance and is detachably attached to a cooking container to cook food; a sensing unit which senses a temperature of the food cooked in the cooking container; a transmitting unit which transmits temperature information sensed in the sensing unit to the kitchen appliance as an electric signal; and a control unit which controls the transmitting unit to transmit the temperature information sensed in the sensing unit as the electric signal. Accordingly, the present invention can cook at a proper temperature or time according to the kind of food. 본 발명은 주방기기의 상부 또는 내부에 구비되어, 음식을 조리하는 조리용기에 착탈 가능한 고정부; 상기 조리용기에서 조리되는 음식의 온도를 센싱하는 센싱부; 상기 센싱부에서 센싱된 온도정보를 상기 주방기기에 전기신호로 송신하는 송신부; 상기 센싱부에서 센싱한 온도정보를 상기 송신부가 전기신호로 송신하도록 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기를 제공한다.
