Summary: | The present invention relates to a portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) apparatus and, more specifically, provides a portable XRF apparatus comprising: an emission unit (102); a tube (110) arranged for an irradiation unit of radiation to head for an inspection position of the emission unit; a detection unit (130) heading for the inspection position of the emission unit, wherein fluorescence is inputted; and a light sensor unit (200) arranged between the tube and the detection unit, or a radiation route and a fluorescence route. Moreover, the light sensor unit detects an amount of light with respect to visible light flowing from the outside before the tube is operated to check an accurate position of a sample with respect to the inspection position.
본 발명은 휴대가 가능한 형광분석장치에 대한 것으로서, 방출부(102)와, 방사선의 출사부가 방출부의 검사위치를 지향하도록 배치되는 튜브(110), 방출부의 검사위치를 지향하고 형광이 입력되는 검출부(130), 상기 튜브와 검출부 또는 방사선경로와 형광경로의 사이에 배치되는 광센서부(200)를 포함하며, 상기 광센서부는 튜브의 작동 전에 외부로부터 유입되는 가시광에 대한 광량을 검출하여 검사위치에 대한 샘플의 정확한 위치를 확인하도록 하는 휴대용 형광분석장치를 제공한다. |
