The present invention relates to a security management service method and system. The method according to the present invention includes the steps of: receiving the registration of an external device; receiving output information of the registered external device; and setting or releasing a crime prevention function in a crime prevention device according to the output information of the external device inputted based on preset interoperation regulation information. According to the present invention, various kinds of security services connected to the external device are constructed while using an existing crime prevention system as it is, without changing the structure of the existing crime prevention system, by including a service server to connect the external device to the existing crime prevention system (control server and crime prevention device). 본 발명은 보안 관리 서비스 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 방법은 외부 디바이스를 등록 받는 단계, 등록된 외부 디바이스의 출력 정보를 입력 받는 단계, 그리고 미리 설정된 연동 규칙 정보를 기초로 입력된 외부 디바이스의 출력 정보에 따라 방범 기기에 방범 기능을 설정하거나 해제하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 외부 디바이스와 기존 방범 시스템(관제 서버 및 방범 기기)을 연계시키는 서비스 서버를 구비하여 기존 방범 시스템의 구조를 변경시키지 않고 그대로 활용하면서 외부 디바이스와 연계된 다양한 종류의 보안 서비스를 구축할 수 있다.
