Summary: | The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus plantarum LLP5193 separated from Kimchi, and to a product comprising the same as an active component. The Lactobacillus plantarum LLP5193 is suitable for intestinal environment of Korean people as a vegetable lactobacillus, and has excellent acid resistance and bile tolerance, thereby safely reaching the inside of the intestine. Also, the Lactobacillus plantarum LLP5193 has excellent ability to adhere to intestinal cells, thereby stably settling inside intestine. A product prepared by adding a fixed concentration of an excipient to the Lactobacillus plantarum LLP5193 has excellent texture and wear resistance advantageous to the dosage form, and does not generate a large quantity of powder, thereby being convenient to be taken by a user.
