The present invention relates to a career providing system by direct collection by user, capable of suggesting and authenticating career data of a user to a third person by recording read career data when the user reads careers of the user by accessing an institution server and then generating reading proof data to authenticate institution server access and reading processes. The present invention comprises: a web connection part relaying packet data transceived to enable the user terminal to read a webpage by accessing the institution server; a read recording part extracting and recording reading proof data including a reading time, an address of the webpage, and a screen of the webpage, read by the user terminal, when receiving a capture command from the user terminal; a career input part generating career data of the user by receiving career information of the user from the user terminal, and connecting the generated career data with the extracted reading proof data; and a career management part setting an opening range for the reading proof data and the career data in accordance with a request of the user terminal. The career proving system is capable of collecting all careers, provided from the institution server, as the user collects the careers of the user directly from the institution server by fundamentally combining matrix completion with a clustering method. 사용자가 기관서버에 접속하여 직접 자신의 경력을 열람하면, 열람된 경력 데이터를 기록하고, 기관서버 접속 및 열람 과정을 인증할 수 있는 열람증명 데이터를 생성하여, 제3자에게 사용자의 경력 데이터를 제시하고 인증해주는, 사용자 직접 수집에 의한 경력증명 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상기 사용자 단말이 상기 기관서버에 접속하여 웹페이지를 열람하기 위하여 송수신되는 패킷 데이터를 중계하는 웹연결부; 상기 사용자 단말로부터 캡쳐 명령을 수신하면, 상기 사용자 단말에서 열람하는 웹페이지의 화면, 열람 웹페이지의 주소, 열람 시간을 포함하는 열람증명 데이터를 추출하여 기록하는 열람기록부; 상기 사용자 단말로부터 사용자의 경력 정보를 입력받아 사용자의 경력 데이터를 생성하고, 생성된 경력 데이터에 추출한 열람증명 데이터를 연결하여 함께 생성하는 경력입력부; 및, 상기 사용자 단말의 요청에 따라, 상기 경력 데이터 및 열람증명 데이터의 공개범위를 설정하는 경력관리부를 포함하는 구성을 마련한다. 상기와 같은 경력증명 시스템에 의하여, 행렬 완성과 클러스터링 방법을 근본적으로 결합시킴으로써, 사용자가 직접 기관 서버에서 자신의 경력을 수집하기 때문에, 기관 서버에서 제공하는 경력을 모두 수집할 수 있다.
