The present invention relates to an apparatus to lay a cable which pulls and lays a cable, and specifically, which is mounted on an electrical circuit, which guides the position of a cable, to pull cables with a weight along the electrical circuit and to minimize friction between the cables for easy laying work. To this end, the present invention provides an apparatus to lay a cable, which is to lay a cable on an electrical circuit and which comprises: a plurality of traction units which are installed on the electrical circuit with an interval as long as the length of the cable to be laid; a plurality of traction wires surrounding rollers provided in the plurality of traction units to perform orbital rotation; and a clamp which fixates the cable to be laid by being fixated to the traction wires and moving in the rotatory direction of the traction wires. The traction units have a connection unit which connects tools, and the rollers rotate by the force transferred through the connection unit. 본 발명은 케이블을 견인하여 포설하는 포설장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 케이블의 위치를 안내하는 전로에 장착되어 중량의 케이블들을 전로를 따라 견인함에 있어 케이블들 간에 마찰을 최소화하여 포설작업이 용이하도록 구성한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 전로에 케이블을 포설하기 위한 케이블 포설장치로서, 포설하고자 하는 길이만큼의 간격을 두고 전로에 설치되는 복수의 견인부와, 복수의 견인부에 설치된 롤러를 감싸 궤도 회전하는 복수의 견인와이어와, 견인와이어에 고정되어 견인와이어의 회전방향에 따라 이동하며 포설하고자 하는 케이블을 고정하는 클램프를 포함하며, 견인부에는 공구를 연결하는 연결부가 형성되어 연결부로 통해 전달되는 힘에 의해 롤러가 회전하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
