Summary:The present invention relates to a probe for identifying species of sea bream and tilapia and an identifying method using the same to identify the species of sea bream and tilapia by using a specific PNA probe including base sequences showing specific differences between sea bream and tilapia. More specifically, species of sea bream and tilapia which are difficult to be morphologically distinguished are identified in a molecular biological access, so six species can be rapidly and precisely identified. 본 발명은 도미와 틸라피아의 종 판별용 프로브 및 이를 이용한 종 판별 방법에 관한 것으로서, 도미와 틸라피아 간 특이적 차이를 보이는 염기서열이 포함된 특정 PNA 프로브를 가지고 상기 종을 판별하기 위한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명에 따라 형태학적으로는 구별하기 어려운 도미와 틸라피아의 종을 분자생물학적으로 판별하여 보다 과학적으로 접근할 수 있어 6가지의 종을 보다 신속하고 정확하게 판별할 수 있는 편리함을 제공한다.
