Thus, casualty and material loss can be minimized. 본 발명은 단거리 무선통신을 이용한 재난상황 관제시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 예를 들어 선박에 관련된 비상상황은 물론, 승무원과 일반 승객들의 비상상황을 체류자가 소지하는 송신기를 통해 신속하게 인지하여 선박내에서는 물론, 선박 외부, 예를 들어 육지에서도 신속한 조치가 가능함으로써 인적 및 물적 피해를 최소화하게 된다.
